JJ Bear Campaign
Throughout the 2009 holiday season, JJ Bears were once again sold at participating RONA outlets across Ontario. Funds were raised through the sale of JJ Bears and the option to donate $2 upon check-out. This year more than 5,500 bears were sold!
Evanov Radio Group and Blade Creative Branding have been long standing sponsors of the JJ Bear campaign. With the addition of RONA in 2008, the Children's Aid Foundation has been able to bring JJ Bear to a provincial level working with participating retailers across Ontario.
RONA is the only corporation that has a province-wide scholarship program for youth in the care of a children's aid society and we couldn't be more proud to partner with them. "RONA's support has been an incredible addition to the JJ Bear program," says Ann Barnard Ball, Executive Director, Children's Aid Foundation. "We look forward to seeing this partnership grow."
Thank you to those who supported the 2009 campaign. Your generous contributions will allow many youth in need to attend post-secondary education, putting them on the path to reaching their full potential.
