Well of Change

Well of Change is a new and innovative way for you to volunteer your time and raise funds for a good cause.

The basic concept behind Well of Change is that once you register at www.WellofChange.org, you list a service that you can provide and assign it a dollar value. Then, someone who is seeking that particular service can “hire” you and pay for that service through the Well of Change site. Here’s the interesting part, during the registration process, you select a charity that you would like to support from a list of organizations affiliated with Well of Change. Then when you are “paid” for your services, Well of Change will send the money to the charity that you have selected. You end up volunteering your services and simultaneously fundraising for a cause that you believe in.

The best part about this process is that everyone has something that they can offer to “sell” for charity. Whether it be fitness training sessions, graphic and print design skills, math tutoring, dog walking, language instruction lessons, photography skills, a computer lesson for seniors, or a personal cooking class, the possibilities are endless.

The Children’s Aid Foundation is excited to announce that we are one of the organizations that you can support through Well of Change. Our partnership with Well of Change has given us the opportunity to work with all different types of volunteers and offer them a truly unique experience.
