The Children’s Aid Foundation’s first ever Suitcase Party was a smash success with over 600 young professionals across Toronto and the GTA arriving for an evening of networking and fun. With onsite promotional giveaways to New York City, Miami, and Las Vegas —  courtesy of Air Canada — as well as a beautiful diamond ring from Royal de Versailles, the event raised an incredible $53,000 for kids in the child welfare system across Canada. Hosted at The Citizen in downtown Toronto, rising entrepreneurs from various industries enjoyed bar sampling stations, an oyster bar, delicious hors d’oeuvres, as well as all-night hits spun by DJ Apple Scratch.

But don’t just take it from us — here’s what some of our guests had to say:

“I came to support a great cause and left with a trip to NYC. Thank you!” – Bianca Bell

“All of my guests had a blast and cannot wait for next year!” – Alicia McKeag

“It was an incredible chance to network with highly driven individuals like myself.” – Andrew Wilson

Thank you to all of our guests, sponsors, and Suitcase Party Committee members who made our inaugural event such a success. We can’t wait to see you next year!
